Adopt a Beach Clean Up Event
Saturday, September 20, 2025: 12:00-4:00 PM

We’ve been loving our beaches this summer and can’t wait to give some love back to our favorite beach! Snacks and supplies provided.

FOND is partnering with the Great Lakes Alliance to join the region-wide Great Lakes Adopt a Beach effort. Meet at the Nurnberg Trailhead at 12:00 PM and we’ll hike about a mile out to the beach together. We’ll clean up trash and naturalize fire scars left from campfires on open sand.
